This doesn’t surprise me in the slightest. I’ve blogged and tweeted numerous times on my complete and utter satisfaction with Freshdesk. IMHO, their support goes above and beyond “good” and into the “great” realm. He isn’t payed or obsessed in tweeting freshdesk but he used to do it because he personally notify and notices the good factors of it. If I was in his place, I would do like that such too.
