If you’re in Bangkok on the 25th of August, cancel your plans and prepare for a blast because Freshdesk is going to be hosting its first ever event, in Thailand! Featuring some interactive sessions with our partners and customers, the event is co-hosted with our authorised partner in Thailand, ASEAN Cloud and is to be held in Vibhavadi Rangsit, Bangkok.
Here’s how the morning’s going to unfold*
First up, bright and early, is a presentation from our very own Nickhie Antony, Channel Manager, APAC on the Freshdesk suite of products and how they help businesses deliver customer happiness. Then, it’s a half hour session with Nuttanee Pongratanakul from ASEAN Cloud on delivering happy customers with Freshdesk, focusing on the importance of multi-channel support online.
The plan is to break for tea and cookies, after the session. Once the tea and cookies have been consumed, Freshservice specialist, Siriporn Hayuk from ASEAN Cloud will present about empowering support with Freshservice. Talking points include feature highlights of Asset Management and the importance of IT support. The final session for the day will be delivered by Sermsiri Nakchamnan, Manager of Information System Development from Dhanarak Asset Development Co. Ltd. A happy customer, Sermsiri Nakchamman will be sharing her story on how Freshdesk helped the customer support team overcome challenges and their successful journey with Freshdesk so far.
