Freshdesk moves the dot on Gartner’s Magic Quadrant 2017

Last year, we hit an important milestone when Freshdesk became Gartner’s only new addition to the Customer Engagement Center Magic Quadrant. The recognition of Freshdesk’s performance against Gartner’s market view came as a validation of our leadership in the SaaS space and a prestigious accolade.

We are thrilled to announce that Freshdesk has been named in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for CRM 2017 for the second consecutive year – a strong acknowledgement by the most respected analyst firm in the world. Gartner rates vendors in the market on completeness of vision and ability to execute, and positions them accordingly in one of four quadrants. This year, we were able to “move the dot” and improve our position along the vision axis based on our commitment to innovation.

In the past year, we have invested significantly in our global presence and made leadership hires across regions. We’ve ramped up our go-to-market capacity and made great strides in building our midmarket and enterprise business. With the product at the heart of our company, we continue to innovate and serve our customers’ increasingly complex business needs.

As a multi-product brand undergoing tremendous growth, we recently rebranded to Freshworks to represent our world-class suite of products. Starting out with our customer support software Freshdesk, our range of products have grown to include ITSM software Freshservice, sales CRM software Freshsales, and call centre software Freshcaller.
